      Don’t know about any stores or traders in South Africa. However, these are common supplements, which you should be able to find in your pharmacy. The important thing is to get the right strengths for each supplements, most supplement formulations are too weak to have a positive effect, the beneficial strengths are listed on this page.

  1. If I take the daily multivitamin does it cover for the rest of the supplements or do I have to take 1 pill of each daily?

      Your doctor can test your vitamin and mineral levels and recommend the appropriate dosage levels. When your gut is damaged it can’t properly absorb the vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids your body and brain needs to function properly. A multi-vitamin provides very low levels of a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. Additional supplementation may be needed.
